We are principally focused on purchasing businesses with annual Free Cash Flow between $1 Million and $5 Million.

We are investment generalists and our investment mandate is relatively open to situation that meet our investment criteria. The notable exclusions to our investment mandate include real estate development and extraction based industries.
Our current investments are in the Building Product Distribution, Third Party Logistics, and Agriculture sectors.
We believe that we have a long run-way to re-invest the capital of our existing businesses within these sectors.
